"Just bought a bungalow. Drainsmart did the cctv check and this brought to light problems which helped negotiate a purchase price reduction. Engaged Drainsmart to carry out known fault repair work and this brought to light further drainage problems on the rainwater side. Drainsmart were very supportive through this new set of problems. They worked out various options for me with skillfully drawn up plans and costings. The quotes were not cheap but they were given the go ahead to install new drainage gullys and a large soakaway in our back garden. Plan expected to take two engineers six to seven working days. These guys worked their socks off from 8am each day till their shift end. They were always on time, courteous and extremely helpful. I now know why the quote was so high and I do not begrudge them one penny of this. I would have no hesitation in recommending Drainsmart to anyone. The boss, Tony, was always willing to talk over anything I did not understand and I valued his advice. The two guys he sent to our home were brilliant. Hard working, knowledgable and the finished work is great. All areas cleaned up and made good. All work guaranteed 15 years. Need I say more. Thanks to the whole Drainsmart team."
