"We used DrainSmart for a CCTV drain survey ahead of purchasing our house. The survey identified issues with the drains that needed rectifying and after completing our house purchase we instructed DrainSmart to complete the work. This included milling using Picote machinery to cut through cement intrusion and tree root penetration, high pressure water jetting and adding soft felt lining to ensure everything was water tight. The team arrived on time, were friendly and courteous, worked quickly and left everything as tidy as when they had arrived. We'd highly recommend!"

"Drainsmart installed some new gullies and shifted the existing soil pipe and rainwater pipe locations so we could have the drainage sorted before starting a kitchen renovation project. I went back to Drainsmart after an earlier positive experience with a CCTV survey and small repair job.Tony and team saved us money by simplifying the connections to Thames Water (and thus minimizing fees payable). They took care of some extra above-ground pipework that needed sorting but would not normally be in scope. The clean-up was very neat and tidy. The guys that came to our house were all incredibly polite, respectful and friendly. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness on a number of occasions while they were there. Finally, when the Building Control inspector came to review the work he made a point to tell us how impressed he was with the quality." "We had consistent problems with our external drains and Drainsmart conducted investigations with CTV and then recommended a solution. This involved replacing old drains which were underneath a patio area. The work was done to the highest standard, the problem entirely solved but also the patio slabs were restored even better than before !! "Cannot fault Drainsmart! I recently needed some work done and had made several enquires with several different companies however when I came across Drainsmart I could not anymore happier. From the very beginning with the phone calls, emails and actual personal interactions, it was all very positive and the service provided was exceptional. Each member of the team was extremely friendly, approachable and willing to help with detailed explanations. When the engineers had arrived to conduct the works, their goal was to create the least amount of mess possible and to reduce the area of work to not damage any other part of the infrastructure. Not only were they keeping me updated as they worked, they communicated well amongst each other and me as the client. The work took 4 days to complete (compared to being told it would take 3-4 weeks from other businesses) and prior to leaving each day they would clean up so my property would not be left a mess. We all engaged very well, whilst having a laugh and good conversation about several things. I cannot fault a single thing about my experience and the work completed by Drainsmart. I would highly recommend doing business with them and I know for next time, I would not need to find anyone else to go to for business. Drainsmart all the way. "Called in Drainsmart to trace the source of smelly water coming into our cellar. The technicians came when they said they would, and applied various investigative procedures - including camera and dye to a rainwater gulley. They soon found the source, and Jake and his team also identified and fixed a second problem with the aid of a camera. Inserting a lining inside the pipe to prevent any further leaks. Drainsmart are organized, knowledgable with good kit. I felt confident they were going to fix the problem permanently. They were organized, and efficient, and very tidy."
