"Just wanted to say a big thank you for the drain inspection, report and drawings provided. The inspection confirmed that our redundant drains were not sealed by our builder. As they were not sealed/cut, we had a "nasty" visitor that started chewing at the new underfloor insulation. Having the drawings and measurements helped us to find the redundant drains, after digging at the correct location, and cut and properly seal them (the measurements pointed out that one drain should have been really close to a concrete post and I thought they were wrong -> it turns out the measurements were correct). "Broken sewer pipe and bad smell in the house. I had these guys round for a quote. Unlike other companies they didn’t try to charge to to have a look at my drain problem. The 3 engineers came in the morning to fix the issue, excavated the concrete, repaired several botched jobs by previous builders and they were all done by lunchtime. Bare in mind I had been quoted for up to 4 days work from other companies, I couldn’t recommend drainsmart enough. Thank you. Very fair pricing and extremely professional and fair."
