"Having never had a domestic drainage issue before, I had no idea where to even begin. I started by - unfortunately - going with a different company, who after three visits (and hundreds of pounds) still couldn’t tell me what was actually wrong. They said my only option was to excavate down through the concrete under the house. I rang Tony at drainsmart for a second opinion and within 10 minutes of arriving to the property his team had a pretty good idea of what was wrong. It became clear to me that they actually checked things properly and thoroughly (unlike the other company who didn’t even look in the front drain gulley - sigh). The drainsmart team did a cctv survey for me, identified the issue, came back the next week and did the work without any need to dig up kitchen floor. Without a doubt they saved me many thousands of pounds. Tony, Michael and Brendan were all so polite and helpful I cannot explain how brilliant the Drainsmart team were. They explained things really well to me, a total novice about all things drainage! They kept me in the loop and were really respectful on-site too. The team at Drainsmart are absolutely amazing. From the get-go, Tony explained things to me really clearly, which as a total novice in drains (no surprise there) I really appreciated. Michael who came out to visit me identified the problem super quickly (where another drains company had failed to do so across three hour long visits ). He then came back the next week to fix it. We used Drain Smart for a CCTV drain scan and quote for works when buying a property and they were efficient, quick, and thorough in their report, survey, and follow up. "The Drainsmart team worked hard to install the new soakaway, and did a good job at keeping the driveway tidy during the works. They answered any queries we had about the works in progress, and kept us informed when poor weather conditions (snow) meant a temporary halt to the works. They were quiet workers - especially important for domestic premises. Tony in the office was helpful in addressing some queries I had concerning the siting and operation of the soakaway. I found the site plan provided as part of the initial quotation helpful for clarifying the position of the new soakaway."

Everything went smooth right from the start till finish. A very comprehensive report was sent outlining clearly the observations, the risks and the conclusion along with a breakdown of recommended actions showing estimated costs.
